The second practice match of the Indian tour of England 2011 will be played between India vs Kent at the St Lawrence Ground in Canterbury on August 26, 2011. See live score.The day/night match will begin at 14:30 local, 13:30 GMT, 19:00 IST.
India beat Sussex in the first practice match by six wickets on Thursday to register their first win of the long tour. The win will be a relief to MS Dhoni and new coach Duncan Fletcher.
Indian batsmen Virat Kohli, Rohit Sharma and Parthiv Patel all three scored half centuries, while a four-wicket haul from pacer RP Singh helped India secure a six-wicket win over a Sussex side which was missing its senior players. Rain revised the Indian target to 235 runs, and the Indian batsman chased the score with 4.1 overs to spare.
India begin their five-ODI series against England in the first week of September.
